If you receive a damaged or defective book, we will provide a replacement or refund.
Eligibility: Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
Condition: Item must be unused and in original condition (unless faulty)
Process: Email sales@lyndonjames.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue
Return Shipping: Paid by the customer
Restocking Fee: A $5.99 restocking fee applies to eligible returns

Due to the nature of digital products, all eBook sales are final.
No refunds once the file has been downloaded or accessed
