All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second notification once your order has been shipped.

During peak periods, product launches, or promotional campaigns, processing times may be slightly extended.


2. Shipping Within Australia

We ship physical books Australia-wide using reputable postal or courier services.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Metro areas: 3–7 business days

  • Regional areas: 5–10 business days

  • Remote areas: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are subject to carrier performance.

Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.


3. International Shipping

If international shipping is offered:

  • Delivery timeframes vary by country.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their local authorities.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our direct control. However, if your package:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Is significantly delayed

  • Appears lost

Please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Digital products are typically delivered immediately upon successful payment.
